Our Claims DB is under development and a first release has recently come on-line. New features include a “dashboard” for each Adjuster highlighting his own claims needing attention or intervention by Business Unit and Client. A “claim diary” will soon be added to record what has been done on the file through time and allow to know what has been done and where the matter rests. Enhanced queries will be implemented in order to allow each user to set up his/her data searches.
