IES was established on January 1st 1996 by a group of professional adjusters with several years of experience in fire and large specialty claims in the Italian market. Through intense training of its staff, IES reached a leading position on the market, thanks to its combined professional and managerial approach of insurance matters from a technical, legal and financial point of view.
The knowledge and quality of our adjusters are at the heart of the steady growth and continuing success of the Company and represent its main competitive advantages.
IES presently relies on over 80 professional adjusters based in Milan, Turin, Venice, Rome, Genoa, Lucca, Brescia, Bolzano, Paris, Warsaw, Berlin, Bucharest, London, Stockholm and Istanbul. Our adjusters benefit from a wide range of backgrounds and skillsets, providinga variety of services to the insurance industry.
For its Loss Adjusting services, IES relies on two independent units providing the experience and professional knowledge of its staff in different environments such as Specialty Claims and Mass Claims with a contant focus on customer care.
As required by the market, IES operates through different business units supplying services in Risk Engineering, Corporate Claims Management and insurance focused Consulting.
IES is a partner in CINEAS – The Milan Polytechnic Consortium in Insurance Engineering – and enjoys a leadership position in the market. Thanks to its established network of international offices and correspondents, IES is achieving a steady growth of its operations throughout the world.
